Cancellation Policy

Appointments are booked in groups of 5 clients at a time for 30-minute shopping slots. All purchases must be paid in cash. No checks, cards, or digital payments accepted. Customers must provide their own boxes, bags, wrapping, or packing materials. All items must be taken with you at the time of purchase. No holding, storage, or later pickup. All purchases are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds. All items are sold in their current condition, with no warranties or guarantees. Items are available on a first come, first served basis. No reservations. Customers are encouraged to inspect items carefully before purchasing. The seller, landlord, and property owner are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal property while on-site. Customers enter and shop at their own risk and assume all responsibility for their safety and belongings. Staff may not be available to help load large or heavy items. Please bring assistance if needed. Customers must remain in designated sale areas only. Other areas are off-limits. This is an adults-only sale. Children are not permitted for safety and space limitations.
